Shooting Timetables

I have been trying to sort out when we can shoot our film; I found that one of our actors can't act in some scenes due to not being able to shoot on the only days everyone else can. So it's been decided between Ben and I that he will act in the last two scenes.

I made each person we need to be at the shootings, their own timetable so they know where they need to be and when, and also what they need to wear.
